Going to Your Doctor
It's difficult going to your doctor for the first time, so we've provided a letter to your GP that you can print off and take with you to your appointment. Tick the symptoms which apply to you. When your GP askes you questions you can elaborate more about what life is like day-to-day. The letter is in pdf format. A pdf document can be viewed and printed from any computer, but you need a copy of Adobe Acrobat. If you haven't a copy you can download one for free from http://www.adobe.com/acrobat/readstep.html.
