PNI Tracker

This tracker is an Excel spreadsheet for you to record the progress you are making. It has just 6 columns: date, mind, emotion, body, meds and sleep. It uses a code to fill in the boxes, for example fo = foggy, irr = irritable, fgt = fogetful. You may find keeping a track of your mental, emotional and physical state helps remind you of the better days and the progress you are making. It may also be helpful when visiting your GP or psychiatrist.

To download the spreadsheet right-click pni_record.xls and select Save Target As or Save Link As (depending on which web browser you are using).
